Welcome to Beastables, the decentralized NFT gaming metaverse project ("Beastables," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beastables website, platform, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services. Decentralized Nature: Beastables is a decentralized NFT gaming metaverse project built on ethereum blockchain technology. As a decentralized project, Beastables operates autonomously and is governed by smart contracts and community consensus. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the decentralized nature of the project. Ownership of NFTs: Beastables enables users to buy, sell, and trade non-fungible tokens (NFTs) within the metaverse. Each NFT represents a unique digital asset and is stored on the blockchain. By purchasing or acquiring an NFT through the Services, you obtain ownership rights to the digital asset represented by the NFT, subject to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions specified by the creator or seller of the NFT. License to Use the Services: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may use the Services to buy, sell, and trade NFTs and token in accordance with these Terms and any additional terms and conditions. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following: Violating any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights; Using the Services to transmit, distribute, or store any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity; Accessing or using the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Services. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL BEASTABLES OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic Croatia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Republic Croatia, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes to these Terms by posting the revised Terms on the Services or by other means we deem appropriate. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
